Design Thinking
Great digital and physical experiences don’t happen by accident, they are a result of a structured and disciplined process that merges business goals with real user needs. My approach to UX follows three core principals that guide discovery, solutions development and continuous improvement. Together, they ensure ideas are grounded in insight, shaped through exploration, and refined through real-world validation.
Define & Discover
Understand the people we are designing for by any means necessary and the problems that matter most to them. What follows are business results. Focus on research, stakeholder input, audience insights, and competitive analysis to clearly define goals, user needs, and opportunities.
Ideate & Prototype
Rapid prototyping translates insights into ideas. It's all about iteration, allowing teams to explore sound and moonshot concepts allowing teams to test ideas before investing heavily in full development.
Validate & Improve
Through feedback, analytics and testing, insights reveal what is working and what needs adjustment. Adopt a mindset for continuous improvement to ensure an experience, product or tool is effective, user focused and aligned with evolving business goals.
Reach
I’m enthusiastic about sharing my voice, connecting with new people and being a person to influence moving products and experiences forward.
